Preface
These terms of use were created for the project “Game-Energy | Sponsoring V2” by the Game-Energy team. The copyright and all other rights of the terms of use are owned by Game-Energy. You accept these terms of use from registration on our Discord server. Use of our services is only permitted with the agreement of the terms of use.

In case of non-compliance with our terms of use, Game-Energy reserves the right to impose sanctions on the respective customer.

Since we offer our services on Discord and around Discord, we are of course subject to the Discord Terms of Service. The contractual language of the Terms of Service is German.

Administrator and their team
The administration consists of one person. Its team is determined exclusively by the administrator.

The administrator and his team can be recognized by their roles in the Discord server:

Basic
Basically we offer Discord Bot Hosting and try to support you as good as possible with words and deeds. However, we can only do this if you are on our Discord server. As soon as you leave, your account will be deactivated and can only be reactivated manually by a team member. The servers we provide free of charge should also only be used for purposes they are intended for, Discord Bot Hosting. One hosting server is provided per user by default to allow other users to host as well. We reserve the right to disable servers that are not being used for their intended purpose.

Your account
Prerequisite for the use of our online services is the registration via the corresponding form on our Discord server. The specification of the e-mail address is required. The first name to be entered here is mandatory. An entry of the last name is required for the registration, but can be replaced by something invented. The username may be chosen by the user, but it should not violate any applicable guidelines and rules. A fully verified account is composed by a verified e-mail account.
After successful registration the user account will be unlocked in a hosting ticket on our Discord server by a team member. However, there is no entitlement to activation, the administrator’s domiciliary rights apply. In order to be able to offer each customer a free hosting space and to prevent ban evasion, you may have a maximum of 1 account. This account should have a secure password. The owner of the account is responsible for its security, the access data must be protected from access by third parties.

Image and sound recordings
Game-Energy reserves the right to make image and sound recordings on its Discord server to use them for promotional purposes or for training purposes of its team members. Basically, all participants will be informed before a recording is made. However, we reserve the right to make unannounced recordings as well.

Availability of our web presence
Our panel has an availability of 24 hours a day. However, there may be interruptions in availability due to maintenance required for the system. Interruptions in availability may occur, among other things, due to force majeure or other causes beyond our control, such as intent or gross negligence.

We make every effort to ensure the trouble-free operation of our online services. This is limited to services over which the team around Game-Energy has influence. We reserve the right to restrict access to our online services and parts of the Discord server, due to maintenance, capacity concerns or other events that are not within our control, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently.

Obligations of the customer
The customer is solely responsible for all content that the customer keeps available or publishes on the hosting server or on the Discord server. Login data must always be kept secret. The indication of the age is obligatory on demand of team members, otherwise sanctions can be imposed on the user. The given e-mail address serves as a communication channel between administration and user, e.g. to distribute info about maintenance work.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make regular backups (backups) of the hosting server’s files and download them. This can be done by the customer at any time. At the latest before announced maintenance measures, this is mandatory. Game-Energy withdraws from the responsibility, should data be broken or lost and there is no, or an outdated backup available.

Customers undertake not to publish any content that violates the rights of third parties or violates other applicable laws. Furthermore, the publication and deposit of erotic, pornographic, extremist or other hate spreading content is prohibited. The same applies in the event that content is published that violates the honor of third parties and attacks persons or groups of persons. Game-Energy is not obligated to check the contents of the customers, but random checks are carried out.

The user agrees to maintain the anonymity of third parties and to keep information of other users from private messages, e-mails or chats private.

In case of malfunctions of our web presence or other problems related to Game-Energy, the administration or its team must be informed immediately.

Hosting servers provided by Game-Energy may not be used in a way that harms the technical infrastructure or performance of other users. It is also prohibited to use the servers to maintain so-called raidbots or spambots with them.

Blocking of user accounts and their cancellation
The Game-Energy team is entitled to block accounts and hosting servers at any time and without giving reasons. The choice of the measure(s) is at the discretion of the individual team member who carries out the measure(s). In all measures, the customer’s concerns are considered, but also Game-Energy’s rules and conditions. If a hosting server is blocked by a team member, the customer will be given the opportunity to change the content.

If the team around Game-Energy is of the closed opinion to release a user account, this can be done by a team member. Each blocking and / or release will be discussed internally. Any content uploaded and/or published by the person concerned will be removed (automatically or manually by the team) when the user account is blocked.

Subject to change
We reserve the right to change the terms of use at any time. In the event of a change, we will announce this on the Discord server.
